Welcome! We are excited to welcome you as a team member of Chick-fil-A Enfield. As we build this business, we are dedicated to excellence, and you have been hand-picked to help us in this pursuit.

We are here to make a difference in our community, but we can only do this by operating the best business possible. We will be passionate about the quality of food, the spirit of our hospitality, and the cleanliness of our restaurant. Because of our passion around these things, we will spend time in the coming days and weeks training you to be successful in your role to make this possible. As you continue your journey with Chick-fil-A, as your Operator, I will ensure you will have the tools and resources to help you be successful.

We need you to be fully present (“all-in”) in order to make this the best quick service restaurant, and business in Enfield. We want to do everything we can to make your experience on our team REMARKable so you will in turn make sure our guest’s experiences are also REMARKable.
